Turbine flowmeter is a commonly used flow measuring instrument, which has the advantages of flexible use, accurate measurement, easy maintenance and stable performance.

The working principle of turbine flowmeter:

Attacking the turbine blades, when the fluid passes through the pipeline, a turbine is placed in the core of the pipeline. For a certain fluid medium viscosity, the fluid flow rate can be obtained through the tampering angular rate of the turbine, generating a pulse signal proportional to the flow velocity, and the rotation angular rate of the turbine. It is proportional to the fluid flow rate. Generate driving torque to the turbine, amplify and reshape the signal, and at the same time send the pulse signal to the frequency-current conversion circuit, and the sensor coil sends the detected magnetic flux cycle change signal to the pre-amplified book. When the turbine blade is cut by the yellow-green generated by the permanent magnet in the casing, the rotation speed of the turbine is detected by the sensor coil installed outside the casing. It will cause the magnetic flux in the sensing coil to change. Thus, it is possible to obtain a positive result for the fluid flow through the pipeline in total. Within a certain range of circumstance, the two human rights are supported by bearings. The pulse signal is converted to imitate the electric current, so that the turbine beats the argument torque and the fluid resistance torque and falsifies. Send to the unit conversion and flow glide tone integration circuit to obtain and display the logical value of the stack flow; and then to give instructions for the instant flow word assignment.

Precautions for installation of turbine flowmeter:

1. In order not to affect the normal delivery of liquid during maintenance, it is recommended to install a bypass pipeline at the installation place of the sensor.

2. When the fluid contains impurities, a filter should be installed. The mesh of the filter is determined according to the flow of impurities, generally 20-60 mesh. When the fluid is mixed with free gas, a degasser should be installed and the entire pipeline system All should be well sealed, and the user should fully understand the corrosion of the measured medium to prevent the sensor from being corroded.

3. When the sensor is installed in the open air, please make the amplifier and plug waterproof.

4. Turbine flowmeter can be installed horizontally or vertically. When installed vertically, the fluid flow direction should be from bottom to top, and the liquid must be filled with the pipeline without air bubbles. The direction of liquid flow should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the sensor housing that indicates the direction of flow. There should be a straight pipe section at least 10 times the nominal passage length at the upstream end, and its inner wall should be smooth and clean, free of defects such as dents, accumulation and peeling.

5. The axis of the pipeline of the sensor should be aligned with the axis of the adjacent pipeline. The gasket used for connection and sealing should not penetrate into the inner cavity of the pipeline. The sensor should be far away from the external electric and magnetic fields. If necessary, effective shielding measures should be taken to avoid external interference.
